I feel the trainer is perfectly placed for a course of this nature, as he can cover the topic fully, from all angles due to his personal/past experiences. The course was excellent , but with such a detailed subject, maybe could be longer and over two days instead of one. Excellent training today, a good balance of theory/group work and ability to talk and listen.
