The fact that Ian is able to talk about his own experience as a child and talk about how he dealt with the violence and fear was the most useful part of the training today. The standard of the training today was very good and enlightening.

The course was delivered very well today, straight forward and lots of personal and professional experience which was great. It must have been good as I did not get bored once today.
