Ian facilitated two days of great training. He used activities that cause debate and he was very critical, but in a good way to get us to reflect and learn. He is a very experienced and motivated trainer, who all Social Workers would benefit immensely from observing his training and techniques, professional and personal experience. Attending his training had a massive impact of me as a newly qualified social worker.
