I want to thank Ian for his dedication and support on the three days of skills to foster training. What impressed me (besides his vision, persistence, dedication) is the unflagging cheerfulness and courtesy when delivering such difficult topics. I would like to think that all the future training I attend will be managed in such a professional manner. The personal attention and almost endless patience when dealing with our questions and managing the programme was refreshing and highly appreciated.
