Ian is a fantastic trainer, he has a an amazing laid back attitude, from which he gets what he wants us to hear across and we all listened intently. Although some of the information discussed was quite difficult, at no point did I think what Ian was saying was going to put me off. In fact it made me more determined to succeed as a foster carer.
