Train the Trainer

This two day course is for Social Workers, support workers and experienced foster carers who are wanting to provide training within their agency. On the first days the course focuses on the actual learning and training knowledge, skills etc, whereas the second day focuses on the skills needed to present training, culminating with real practice presentations.
