The most useful thing about the course was it was not death by power point, we did lots of activities, role plays, and discussions. Ian is an excellent trainer, who is very engaging with the group.

What i found most useful about the training to day was lots of interaction and thought provoking activities. The standard of training was brilliant and a little humour helps a lot!
