The training was good, putting a positive spin on the the children we care for. Ian was great, very professional, yet relaxed and interactive.

What I found useful about the training today was learning about resilience and lots of opportunities to share experiences. The standard of delivery was excellent, informative and entertaining. Ian is a very good trainer!!
