The most useful things about the course today is the way it was broken up with the use of visual aids and with group work. Ian is brilliant, thank you very much!

What I found useful about the training today was learning about resilience and lots of opportunities to share experiences. The standard of delivery was excellent, informative and entertaining. Ian is a very good trainer!!
