I found Ian to be an excellent trainer. After the first days training I was feeling a bit deflated and negative about the whole process. By the end of day 3 I was feeling inspired and ready to start fostering , which I think is down to Ian’s motivational and inspirational style of training. I have learned a huge amount and I feel totally prepared for the challenges ahead.
